16GB 3200MHz

480GB SSD
I just built this pc yesterday. My RAM was running at 2400 MHz and I changed it to 3200 MHz. I updated the GPU driver to the 22.3.1, I also updated my motherboard chipset. I played Warzone and I got 144 fps, but then it would drop to 5 or even 0 fps. Then I tried playing Fortnite and it was the same: 10-15 fps even on low settings. I don't know what to do.
