Low fps with rx 6700 xt

My computer was working fine, but since one week I have very poor perfomance. (AMD Ryzen 7 5800 - RX 6700 XT)

Already installed fresh Windows 10, AMD Adrenalin latest drivers and the problem still there

Games working on low settings:

CSGO 150 200 FPS 

League Of Legends 150 180 FPS 

Overwatch 2 100 FPS

GTA V 100 FPS
