I don't know much about AMD. I like to make content but when I play on my desktop. It's very low fps and the sound crackles a lot. I have the Ryzen 7 5700G with the 6700xt graphics card I believe. I made sure everything is up to date. Maybe the sound drivers aren't updated but I am working on a solution for that. Its just very slow and painful to play on the desktop. My laptop which is a nvidia 2060 runs better. I'm don't know if its settings or anything. Any help would be appreciated.

It could be using the iGPU instead of the dedicated card.

If you don't have the need for the iGPU at all, just disable it in BIOS and also check if the cable from the monitor is directly to the 6700XT too.
