Hello yesterday i did a factory reset on my pc. Its windows 10 as usually but now when i go into Fortnite as i usually played before i get 30 fps and major lag spikes... Before i had 60 fps clean with no lag. I have tried amd settings and all that, i also downloaded the auto detect drivers and i even did all the performance settings my graphics card is AMD Radeon HD 7500 Series please help...

Laptop? Desktop? APU? Which HD7500 series graphics card/chip do you have? INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION 

All 7500 series cards are Legacy...meaning no more updates. The last drivers were the 16.2.1 beta
