I've formatted to the latest version of Windows. In Event Viewer, I can see a full "Windows error reporting" from AMD. The computer is working fine, but I don't know what this error event refers to. Does this event have a bad or harmful diagnosis? I haven't had any blue screens. I also uninstalled the drivers with DDU and performed a clean install.
My graphics card is an RX 7800 XT, it should be noted that with Windows 11 23h2 this did not happen
