Using a Radeon RX560 Series
I'm using a tv through HDMI as a second monitor but it has an inconvenient amount of overscan and that would be fine but it cuts off my entire taskbar and the sides and top of the screen. I tried HDMI scaling and it gave me some pretty bad lag and it's really noticeable. I've been dealing with the overscan for a while but it's just getting really annoying. Can anyone recommend any fixes? I don't care if it's a good or bad new situation I just want to know if I can fix it so I can stop wondering. ALSO there is no setting on my tv I can use to fix it already tried
