Hello,
i have got new pc 1 year ago.
after 2 months of gaming my pc starts randomly shutting down.
it happends only on 1 game, so i stopped play it.
now, 1 week ago i did upgrade of CPU and problem starts showing up again.
When my pc randlomy shuts down, i have to turn off and on a switch on my PSU (otherwise it doesn´´t turn on)
I found that is:
Kernel-Power critical error
ID: 41
Category: 63
keywords: 0x8000400000000002
| | ConnectedStandbyInProgress | false |
| | SystemSleepTransitionsToOn | 0 |
| | CsEntryScenarioInstanceId | 0 |
| | CsEntryScenarioInstanceIdV2 | 0 |
| | LongPowerButtonPressDetected | false |
I did several things to fix this problem.
i Changed Power settings, updated all drivers, chipsets, bios and windows.
My pc specs:
MB - MSI 450 Tomahawk max
GPU - Radeon rx 5700 xt
CPU - Ryzen 5 5600x with spartan fan
PSU- EVGA 750 bronze
RAMs - 2x8 3200mhz hyper
case is also new with good airflow
Thank you in advance.
Regards
