In your other thread post you were asked to supply required system specs,, no one can help without knowing that info.
Go back to your original thread and supply the info, then someone may be able to offer suggestions.

The kernel is the brains of the operating system. It controls everything your OS does. If you look at device manager to see what devices are running on the machine, the kernel keeps all of those things communicating and working together. If you have a corrupted kernel driver the only way I know to fix it is a complete clean installation of the OS.
