Is it possible to limit FPS at different values for different games?

Pretty much the title. I've been messing with the Radeon Software and while there is a Frame-rate cap, that is global for all games, I was wondering if there is one for every game specifically. For example, playing League of legends at 240 fps since my monitor supports it and then when I'm getting into another game, I won't have to go back to the Radeon Software and change the frame-rate cap to let's say 140 or 60, depending on how demanding the game is of course. It will just change depending on the game that I launch.

Thanks in advance.

FRTC only works globally. However, Chill can be used per application. Enable Chill, set both min and max fps to the same value and it works as an fps limiter. I hope this helps.
