I recently started a new job and was given a HP Probook x360 435 g8 as my work machine. My personal machine is a mac and my enteral monitor is a 24” LG 24MD4KL-B UltraFine. I know that I can’t hookup the thunderbolt or usb-c cable to the HP to use the external monitor, but before I purchase another monitor I wanted to see if it’s possible to use the LG monitor with my work machine? I did some research, but quite unsure on what cable/adapter I’d need to purchase. If anyone can help me out that would be great. And if this isn’t the right sub please let me know what is.
