Can the forum mods change how long we have to edit threads? Sometimes there's issues that need fixing but to bump an old thread sometimes isn't the right thing.
In the old AMD Forum you can edit at any time but in the new AMD Forum format, I believe, you only have 24 hours to edit your reply.
After that you will need to open a new reply to correct any errors or updates to your last reply.
