I think I understand part of the problem as to why my config file only works on some devices

So we know that a computer is used for measuring and assessing real world things like fuel intake or air intake or volume/flow rates such as car engines or FAN CONTROLLERS or 80s printers. So we know that intel and nvidia had been faking computers and stealing computer technology and designs for a long time and using uhh low quality parts you can see next to an AMD computer with 1/4 the silicon die size that the nvidia or intel is about 4x larger and is trillions of billions of times **bleep**tier.

The reason is.. they maybe not a calculator not a computer at all or if they are a computer.. they're running 60's commerce language basic simplest of maths like 1+1 2+2 cash register stuff. When it requires calculator like buttons or functions they maybe dont have football fields of maths equations happen and just say Pi for radius is 3.14 with a text database and use **bleep**ty DOS garbage C++ or worse turd layer cake on top of C++ that has easy to understand prose/structure wording and commands or functions called PYTHON which is really just trouser snakes as it truncates things like decimal places and maths functions and claims to be MORE EFFICIENT and quicker or somehow better while being more of the C++ garbage that has simplistic maths that runs on the most NOT COMPUTERY of NOT COMPUTERS and would be better for things like $2 pocket calculators or digital alarm clocks or cash registers as all computers do is maths they're a mathematicians precise calculation tool.. well having LESS maths and being super inaccurate and **bleep**ty at maths makes them useless trash. This simplified less decimal places and not having actual computer hardware is what nvidia calls its database code of software to pretend you have hardware for false lighting shortcut techniques CUDA (which is not to be confused with true compute units digital to analog hardware that runs more scientifically precise maths code).

Here are my thoughts on what seems to be the CORE OF THE ISSUE though i may be mistaken on some things. So if cheap fan controller chips can be used as computers, are they any good? well you see, they werent really that great. But because intel and nvidia were stealing and sabotaging AMD products to make theirs seem better, AMD maybe put their chips inside the fans that come with the computer and it maybe took them years to figure it out. Then when you bought CPU's here in ASTROGAYLIA australia they didnt come with the Heatsink and cooler fan and had to be sold separately. The difference that maybe made my ryzen 2700X go super fast and look all RTX like with a config file, might have been the RGB wraith prism cooler fan controller or me using cooler master fans or deep cool fans or a case fan fan controller unit to wire up all the fans into for RGB.  I suspect that some of those you buy are missing or have some faulty ports on the controller as mine did and some **bleep** puts rtx logos all over his nvidia turds. AMD always had true scientific light and godrays raymarching on the playstation 2 and 3 they sold to sony cheap as it was decades old **bleep** they could mixed reality AR/VR on playstation 2 with the visual library.. the AMD hardware was 60's and 80's astronomy and space program.. and intel and nvidia were struggling to carbon quality gaming and lighting graphics of the 80's printers and lead pencils age where you EXPECTED to be able to scan in and print out legally verifiable signiatures whether ink or lead pencil.. and if you know how finely detailed some inks and lead pencils are while possibly being difficult to photograph due to sheen or shine or matte finishes in the inks and lead pencils themselves not just the paper they were printed on. Many 80's photocopiers were hated for looking smudgey and blurry as they were TOO OVERLY HIGH DETAILED so you needed to adjust the dials more precisely or use proper printer/copier paper with them.

So i had to sell my x470 board and ryzen 2700x with the coolest cooler RGB wraight prism .. because something i did had that asrock board that won overclocking world records a K4 gaming board which was later resold the same basic board in some of the most expensive boards like the one from RAZER which you could reflash to be the highest asrock model or something TAICHI or whatever. I had to sell my x470 and 2700x because me fiddling with the audio and bios settings and latency for months and refresh cycles and secondary bios settings.. suddenly had my games walking speed be like shooting an arrow and the speed it flies at in video games. And resetting bios or other things didnt fix it. my audio sounded better than ever! so i somehow got it to slow down enough and showed it off doing normal advertised specs worried that if i rebooted it'd be back to too fast again and showed it off to a buyer from gumtree i gave it to for a fantastic price. I hoped to upgrade to a board with more M.2ULTRA slots anyways so i could use more NVME storage not just the one stick though it had 2 slots the second wasnt fast enough it was a slot with speeds that the fastest intel nvidia boards fell short of a regular m.2

So me buying my X570 board expecting great things from it i bought not the cheaper gaming x570 one.. but a steel legend one hoping for uhh better quality as it stated a higher model of maybe audio ALC1220 and maybe better RAID or storage and USB with the steel legend model from asrock. Sadly it seems to have been build for mass HDD/SSD/NVME storage and not so much on low latency gaming. was the feeling i got, it feels like my older board was better at storage too as it maybe got several 550MB/second to 11GB/second this one gets maybe 7-9 but errors around 9?  it just feels like the OS and everything keeps being dialed down and switched off too.

What are your thoughts? it might be what all that vapor chamber cooling in some HSF was being advertised as showing off theres no CPU inside anymore?

The easiest solution would be to actually compile code for specific hardware devices so you download an AMD64 game for radeon GPU's or an intel one.. which used to be why there were different versions of the windows OS. but now it seems its so they can dump sabotage on one hardware vendor and have it not ruin their not computers.

The other solution would be to use all modern code built for 0 latency computers.. fake not computers stack latency super sky high like DDR 5 now has CAS46 while DDR3 had CAS1-4 and real computers from AMD or others would all always have 0 latency.
