AMD does not make computer cases. But, if you post a picture of what you are asking about maybe someone can help answer your question.

Also provide more info on your system...   INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION

I have a cyberpower PC computer which has two tiny buttons underneath a lip on the top of the computer.  One changes the colors on the tower (they light up because one side of the tower is clear glass) and one I believe restarts the computer.)

In any event, it's not the right question for the graphics card forum.  Good luck.
