I bought an RX580 8GB and I have not received the codes of the 3 pre-order games of the promotion, there is some way to get it, unfortunately nothing has come with the box and ticket. I was very interested in the games.

You need to talk with the seller, as they are the ones handing out the codes.

I am pleased that the store shows the promotion on the website and when requesting this, the store tells me "We are not part of the promotion", as it was on the page. After the announcement the promotion was eliminated.
A point in favor of Why buy the AMD card? It was because of that, but I think I will not have the games and I will only have the performance of the card.

What store? Newegg and amazon are pretty good about such things.
