Check your laptop BIOS Settings to see if there are any Overclocking settings for the CPU like PBO or Core Boost as an example.

But generally you shouldn't try to overclock your Laptop Mobile processor since the laptop is engineered to work within a certain Temperature and Power requirements. Overclock might exceed those Temperature or Power requirements and damage or crash your laptop.

unfortunately in my bios there is no overclock. so i think AMD 3020e does not have that feature.
