How to I get AMD Radeon Setting on my laptop

I'm currently using AMD Radeon HD 7450M on my laptop.

Downloaded both catalyst and crimson software and installed both.

But I can't seem to find AMD Radeon setting, only catalyst control is appearing when i right click to do setting.

Any guides or way for me to solve it?

As I want to tweak my laptop gaming performance to max.

The newer radeon settings are not available for your older/legacy product.

Wattman/Relive is also not available for most laptops(some new high end/high $s ?)

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.
