I'm currently contemplating upgrading my 4 year old Intel laptop, and I'm considering an AMD chip for the battery life. I want to ask you guys though, how much better are AMD laptops in terms of battery life? I also intermittently use an M1 MacBook Air and the battery life on that thing is stupidly long, and while I'm certainly not expecting ARM levels of battery life, I hope that the offerings from AMD are better for longevity than Intel.
