Hello everyone!
I came here to ask for help.
Basically my processor was defective, so I did a RMA, sent the processor, and they approved a new proccesor for me this Tuesday 27th, October. The mail I received said I was going to get a new mail with my Shipping Tracking Number, however, I haven't received anything.
I contacted SIR Company, since I believe they are the ones responsible for the whole RMA process, I have emailed them twice with no answer whatsoever. I just want to know if my processor is on it's way here or they still just haven't sent it at all.
I figured I would probably have it today or next monday since it took around just 2 days to be shipped from here to the US. Sorry if this is not the place to ask this, I'm a little confused as to how do you communicate with AMD or SIR Company here in Mexico, so I came here for help.
