Click Home tab in Adrenalin.
All games you have played on your current GPU will show up.
Click the game you want to make custom settings for and it will show a new tab with just that game you can adjust all visual syncing streaming and recording profiles for that specific game.
In the upper right corner you will see a box with a small picture of a wrench that says tuning.
There you can adjust the VPU and VRAM speeds fan controls voltage power slider for that game.
