I’ve recently got new parts and they r all in place fans are spinning when turned on and hdmi is in gpu, even when i plug hdmi into motherboard there is still no power in my monitor i dont know what to do

The 5800X does not have an IGP, so connecting the display to the motherboard will not have any output.

What motherboard do you have and what BIOS version? Does the BIOS meet the minimum version for the 5800X?

I plug my monitor cable into my gpu and my motherboard needs a bios update but i cant do that as i have no power in monitor

You didn't specify what motherboard you have.

Some motherboards you will have to use an older CPU to flash the BIOS first, and some motherboards have a built in way to flash BIOS without a CPU.
