Back story - I have been trying to get 2 video cards for my sons game PC builds for longer than I care to admit.
So, here's an open question to AMD. I'd love a response but don't expect one...
How is it that a company like AMD (which has virtually unlimited resources - money, engineers, programmers, web development etc.) can't figure out how to get graphics cards into the hands of gamers and not scalpers bots? A que like what EVGA has done seems logical, does it not? Instead, they continue to drop stock through the website, or Amazon etc. and the bots gobble them up in about 200ms! (I'm not kidding). Granted, AMD ecommerce is handled by DR globalTech Inc. but if they can't do it, then find a more competent company. A que list that references CC# and shipping address would do wonders - I can almost code that as a hobbyist.
Unfortunately, I don't think AMD cares to be honest, I'll just explain to my 2 young sons that only the cheaters and greedy get cards. Is that my only recourse here?
Again, would love a response without the typical customer service training B.S.
