I've been noticing some lag while watching YouTube videos lately, and when it happens, I notice my GPU video encoder usage spiking to 100%.
not sure if it's caused by the upgrades I recently did to my laptop, for some info here are my specs:
LAPTOP MODEL: ASUS VIVOBOOK 14 X412DA
CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 3500U WITH RADEON VEGA MOBILE GFX
GPU: AMD RADEON VEGA 8 GRAPHICS
RAM (ORIGINAL): 8GB with 4GB soldered to the motherboard and 2GB Hardware reserved for GPU
RAM SPEED(ORIGINAL): 2400MHZ
I upgraded my RAM to a 16GB RAM DDR4 PC4-25600 3200MHZ instead of the normal 4GB that's not soldered to the motherboard, and it has a faster clock speed at 3200MHZ instead of the 2400MHZ.
I do have the latest drivers installed from the Radeon software, and I even did a BIOS UPDATE.
WITH NO LUCK.
HELP!!
