I bought a RX 6800 from Amd online store on 10th june 2021. I had some artifacts with my graphics card and requested for RMA , we tried some steps which was not really helpful to solve my issue and they send me a post label for RMA but the address was the wrong on it. It was my old address , i asked them to send me a new post label which has my new address on it but that was it. I can prove that i am the owner the card and moved on a different location. It has been 2 weeks since my card useless and i get reply only once per weekday. I could use DHL's redirecting method for my package but i will not risking it, I hope you can understand the situation which is really desperate
I am requesting help from Community manager that can help me I can share my SR ticket number with.
