my problem is i can't keep my gpu usage at 99%in most of games, my gpu usage jumps from 90% to 70% worst in games like far cry 5 and far cry new dawn even if my cpu is not at 100% this happens at some places and when driving causing stuttering and fps drops, it's worse in some games than in others resident evil 2 99%-90%, my question is, is this normal or is just the game is really annoying.
