My first guess is that your PSU is not up to the task. My second guess is that you have a bad stick of RAM. My third guess is that you need to use DDU (in safe mode) to cleanly remove the old GPU driver software and then install the latest Adrenalin 24.12.1 driver software (which is recommended by AMD for your GPU).
However, I would first try running your system on just one stick of RAM. If the problem continues, exchange that stick with the other stick of RAM and try that. Assuming the problem is still there, then do the Adrenalin uninstall and reinstall. Finally, swap in a more powerful PSU, as in 750 Watts and a brand name.
