Hi, I have a 6650xt with an 11400f. There is a highly annoying problem where my games and videos lag for a few seconds whenever I switch between different windows. I need to multitask so I would like to have this issue resolved since I never had it with my 1050 card before. 

Today I noticed that sometimes it doesn't have the lag when I switch back to a game, however my FPS tanks as a result of this. And to fix this issue again I have to alt tab back to my browser and then back into my game, at which point it lags again and then shows the AMD software in the top right corner. I'm assuming this has something to with it but I'm not sure. After this the FPS is normal again. I'm on a 165Hz screen if it matters and newest AMD drivers (drivers before this had the issue as well). 

Please help me resolve this as I can't find any information online so I assume it can be fixed.

Yeah, highly annoying, especially knowing that my previous card was a cheap 2GB card from nvidia and I had 0 issues with it. It doesn't happen all the time but it happens enough to be a noticeable issue. This specific thing also plays out when switching to full screen from an embedded video in a browser. 

Since I can't find anything about the issue online I'm assuming EVERYONE who has an AMD card has this and they're all fine with it. Shame because I'm going to have to sell this card to someone else and get an nvidia card again.
