Just found out that AMD Store now has a direct Contact page when I was answering a User's thread about game coupons.
AMD now has two AMD STORE FAQs.
Everyone that purchased a product from AMD Store before February 16, 2023 is directed to the old AMD STORE FAQ: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/amdonlinestorefaq
Now under the new AMD STORE FAQ there is a "CONTACT" form to fill out for those who purchased a AMD Store product after February 16, 2023: https://shop-us-en.amd.com/amdonlinestorefaq
Even though it mentions just to get a copy of an invoice but they can, at least, direct you to the correct AMD Store or AMD dept for other issues beside getting a copy of an invoice.
The point I am trying to make that now AMD STORE has a Contact page that before they never had at all.
