I use these three together Freesync premium, vsync in game (because vsync setting on raedon software is not working) and rtss fps cap to 140 , is fps cap neccesary ? I heard no fps cap with vsync can increase input lag huge amount , is fps cap really removes vsync's input lag penalty?
