free game

I bought an AMD product and it came with an offer to get Dead Island 2 for free. I used the code and it told me that the game hadn't been released yet and now that it is released, my code isn't good anymore. How can I get this fixed, it looks like a fun game.

Should be reserved in your amdrewards a/c, providing you completed the claim before expiry date.
