Hello everybody!
I'd like to report about a VERY GOOD experience I had with tech support, particularly with a pro that goes by the name of Rahul.
I registered to the forum to specifically comment about this one.

My issue was the following:
- I bought a Ryzen 7 5700G and an ASRock mobo with a X570 chipset;
- the original BIOS version of the mobo did not support a 5700G, so I had to flash a new version;
- there is no flashback capability (BIOS flashing without CPU) on this mobo, so to upgrade the BIOS I needed an older/compatible CPU.

I contacted tech.support@amd.com and Rahul helped me solve the problem. He practically took me by the hand and guided me through the process.
After making sure I actually needed a boot kit, he sent me one with a Ryzen 3 3100.
After a couple of days the kit arrived and I was able to flash the BIOS.
The mobo reads my 5700G without no issues.
I'm now waiting for the courier to come pickup the 3100 AMD lend me.
So in the end this was a lenghty but mostly pleasant process.
