Hello AMD Community and Support Team,
on 15.07 I was able to get hold of an RX 6900 XT at AMD.com, which then arrived at my home on 21.07 (Germany). The graphics card was installed in a completely new system, but I noticed various problems relatively quickly in benchmark tools as well as in games: driver crashes, lens flares and screen artifacts. I have created and uploaded two different videos about this:

I only used the basic settings of the graphics card and the AMD software driver and also ran all other components of the system in the basic settings. I tried my old graphics card (Radeon Vega 56) in the new system, and then none of the above problems occurred. Likewise, I tried the new graphics card (6900XT) in my old machine, again experiencing the same problems as stated above.
As a result, I contacted AMD technical support on 29.07 and provided them with various information (invoice, videos, specifications and information already mentioned above) and asked for a replacement of the defective graphics card.
Unfortunately, I have not received a response from AMD support for a week now (since 30.07) and have not been able to use my graphics card since then.

Can someone maybe help me with my problem?
