Again, second time this year, I bought an AMD hardware that has a "bundle reward" and get ABSOLUTE NOTHING.
I bought an RX 7900 XT at the beginning of the year from a store that you said it was included on the AMD reward for the bundle and they didnt give me any code.
Now, this month I bought a Ryzen 7900 and what? Same thing. Same problems. I tryed for the entire month with the store!!!
They are the official store and biggest here at my country.
Now what? Last pieace of hardware I bought from you. I was a client who spend time defending you. Now: good bye. You suck.
Have you sought out help using the contact button on the support page?
When I bought my 7900XT the bundle code was on the receipt. If it's not on yours then as the poster above suggests, contact AMD support and explain the situation and include a copy of your receipt as well as the serial number of your card, it should be on the box, it was on mine.
