I'm Portuguese living in UAE.
I'm a fan of retro computers and build many reproductions of old computers like Commodore Amigas.
Some projects use Xilinx CPLDs, which require being programmed.
When downloading ISE Design Suite for Windows it fails export compliance verification.
My profile requires adding a Company, but I do not have one.
I'm a hobbyist (a student is the closest option available), so I wrote NONE as the company name.
I tried to add my Portuguese address and my UAE address, but both options resulted in the same export compliance failure.
Can anyone guide me in overcoming this issue?
