My pc is a new build only 3mths old from all new parts
CPU : RYZEN 5600G
MOBO : MSI B550 A PRO
GPU : MSI RX6750XT TRIO
PSU : ADX 650W GOLD MODULAR
RAM : KINGSTON FURY 3200MHZ CL16
STORAGE : 1TB KINGSTON M.2 GEN 4
CASE : 4X FAN MID TOWER
My problem started with mouse stuttering and, then a blue screen telling me to turn my pc off?
I was unable to boot into windows or able to to do a recovery.
I decided to do a clean install of windows and once installed I could get bck into windows but, I noticed my gpu was not being used by my system error 45 in device manager? I even tryed hidden devices to no avail ? Only the igpu was in device manager?
I tryed all the Steps suggested by Microsoft support to no avail.
My problem is hardware they told me so I began changing parts.
First I got a brand new gpu a asus rx6750xt dual oc card and that did not post?
I then got a new motherboard gigabyte b550m ds3h v1.4 and that did not post?
Updated bios /updated drivers / rolled bck drivers/ uninstalled drivers/ chipset update & roll bck/ tryed 1 stick of Ram & different slots ?
I then got a new PSU a DEEPCOOL 750W and that was not the problem?
So far I have...
New windows..
New drivers..
New bios update..
New chipset update..
New gpu..
New motherboard..
New psu..
New m.2..
The only things left not changed is cpu pc case & ram, apart from that everything is new parts ?
