One of the customer try to use EK-U1-VCU118-G.
But having a issue.
The customer following xtp441-vcu118-ipi-c-2019-1.pdf (4 page) and quick start guide.
But LED(DS3) stays Red didn't goes to Green. Then JTAG didn't detect FPGA.
So, He couldn't write and restore the memory.
He think it's defective and requires the replacement.
Serial # is 885168502248-77291 . But We couldn't find Revision #.
Could you give some advice?
