Downloading amd drivers made my mic super low

I have been using a razer nari essential headset for about 2 years. I recently got a new pc and my headset worked fine until i installed my amd drivers and it made my mic so low to where no one can hear me or understand what im saying.

I assume that the microphone has it's own drivers and you might try uninstalling the original ones, then restart your computer and delete the folder where those drivers were installed.  Then reinstall the original drivers or updated drivers for that device.  That is one of the con's of letting Windows update your device drivers and I would stronly recommend that you disable that in Windows updates.  If you have a Razer Mic you need their drivers not AMD's and AMD replaced them when you installed the AMD drivers.  Audio, Wi-Fi, any third party device will need their drivers not someone else's.

If it ain't broke; don't fix it!

Are you headphones connected to your AMD GPU card?

Otherwise your headphones isn't using AMD HD AUDIO Driver.

Go to Windows Sound Panel and click on your Headphones and then click on 'Properties" to see if you can adjust the volume. Also go to Windows Settings to see if you can adjust your Headphone's microphone.

Sound Panel will tell you which driver your Headphone is using.
