So last night I purchased a 6950xt. I look at the account I used to find out I was double charged and emails showing 2 orders both in process and Un cancelable. So, you are telling me I'm going to have to wait for the unit and then ship back the unit then i get a refund a week after you you get it for an item I didn't want. Sorry kids Santa got highjacked and Xmas money won't come back till after the holidays.

This isn't ok and my bank told me to put in a merchant dispute

Are you talking about a AMD STORE purchase or from another Retailer?

If you purchase the GPU Card from AMD Store that is correct.
