Is there any recent test for sam in games?
I now have 5800x3d and 6700xt and b450 I should be able to use SAM now.
Should I enable sam or not?

In so many games today you will se a bonus uplift but there are a few that really aren't that optimized and you may loose.Overall its a win or a big win.
I only need to enable it in bios? do I need to change something in radeon software?
You need to enable them both.Inside BIOS look for resizable bar and in Adrenalin its on performance and tuning

after enabling it in bios windows did restart again and after that it was all set.

Only disable sam in radeon software or should I restart pc after that?
Just disable it on Adrenalin when you don't want to use it, however, it does state that some applications need to restart so I would restart the PC as well.
