Do amd ryzen 5 5600G is compatible with my Aorus B550M ELITE v1?

I bought an Aorus B550M ELITE v1 for my setup, but I haven't read the notice of the incompatibillity with the ryzen 5 3400G, and now, I'm thinkin buy an 5600G for use with my new motherboard. But I don't know if the Aorus B550M ELITE v1 is compatible with the 5600G. Can anyone tell me if the processor is compatible with my motherboard please?

Gigabyte lists the 5600G as supported. Though maybe a bios update might me required. The motherboard supports update from USB without a CPU, so maybe have that usbstick ready.
