Hello,

Long story short.

• FSR is widely added to the games now.
• FSR doesn't support GTX 9xx series.
• Game with FSR enabled causes crash on GTX9xx series.
• Game developers doesn't read documentation and enable FSR by default, even in games where GTX9xx series is "Recommended"
• In that case the only way is to go to settings and change them manually IF there is the config line for this feature.

Please add THAT BIG MESSAGE ON TOP OF THE FSR HOME PAGE SAYING: "DO NOT ENABLE FSR BY DEFAULT!"

I am sure that this is not about AMD errors, but a request to put game developers who do not read the documentation on the path of truth

With full respect to AMD and to FSR team.

As far as this is AMD tech working not only on AMD hardware and game developers doesn't read documentation sometimes - no.

I suppose it should be placed on top of the FSR page to warn game developers from enabling it by default and more of that - they should give possibility to configure it ourside the game at least by adding the line to config.

Contact the game Dev., no software is idiot proof (no matter how many disclaimers).

And what game is this that its 'forced on'.

At least two:

Hired Gun.

Once they applied FSR it turned On by default even without line in settings file. I had to download it on the other PC, start the game, turn it off, save it to cloud and then start on the main PC. It's already reported and devs responded very quickly. I shared all the info and they are about to check what is the problem.

Back4Blood.

Beta was ok. But on release they turned it on by default. Good part is that there is the line in ini file. I've shared this info, but no reply from devs yet.
