Disable Ray tracing Manually for radeon 6xxx series cards

I own a 6950xt, how can we disable Ray tracing manually in amd software. This option is available for Nvidia GPUs. Any 3rd party software which also helps achieve this? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated

Just turn it off in game, of the RT games i have none turn on RT by default.

Excluding some old RT added specific games/demos?
