Did anyone put the task of normal cooling to AMD, so that not a single choke whistles, so that the card has noise like that of elite power supply units up to 20 dB and lower?
Will AMD cards have copper-plating radiators and the possibility of cooling with gallium liquid metal + using 120-140 mm low-speed turntables?
