Delivery problem
Hello
I have a problem with the delivery service, i have buy a gpu last week on the store but today i received a notification from the french transporter "sorted incorrectly, delayed because of resorting" and "parcel returned to sender"...
So what is the next step? Amd will he just give me a refund or resend a gpu? Is there a possibility to reach customer support by phone?

Problem solved, the problem came from the transport, thank you to the amd support team for the quick contact and their professionalism 😉

Hi, How did you solve your problem ? I had the same issue with Chronopost..... they sent my order back to sender without any reason...... and AMD never tried to fix the issue....... I had to ask Paypal to refund me otherwise I would still be waiting for my card or my money back.
