Yes it IS a reference edition so be aware of the drawbacks of a reference edition, namely noisy, hot, and throttle prone, but considering the cheapest aftermarket 5700 at the time of this post is the AsRock RX 5700 Challenger, $70 more expensive, it may be worth considering.
