Hello, i purchased a 7800xt with qualifying upto 4 free games promotion, from Curry's uk.
this was done online, but i have recieved no codes
the only one i'm really wanting is Space Marine 2
they have told me that i have to contact AMD for these codes via registration. but i can't find this anywhere, and the link they gave me takes you to AMD rewards which i am already registered for
I purchased an RX 7800 XT from Currys in August and am going through the same issue here. The promo for 4 free games has changed on their website (due to one of the offers now ending - the one with starfield etc on it), so when I called up they said they only know about one of the offers (the space marine 2 one), and that the codes for it would be sent on the 5th of October.
My worry is they have now failed to honour one of the two promos, so I have very little faith in them honouring the other one.
They've also said that AMD will send the codes, which is quite obviously incorrect.
I'm having exactly the same issue. I contacted Currys customer service and after insisting for more than 30 minutes that there was 2 promotions giving away 4 games in total when I bought my RX 7800 XT and that I didn't receive any game code for AMD Rewards by the 16th of September (the day the website said when I purchased the GPU), they finally raised a ticket to the promotions team. They told me that I would need to wait up to 48 hours for them to reply. That was this afternoon. They didn't reply to me at all
