I recently purchased a 5800X from AMD directly and am looking to return it for a refund (it's still unopened). I can't find an address to ship it too and I haven't been given an RMA number (which the return policy makes it seem like you need one before you can return it). Can someone point me in the right direction? I've already submitted a warranty/RMA request and submitted several messages to AMD customer support but haven't heard back. I just want to make sure that I return it before the 30 days run out because I know how hot these processors are right now and someone else could purchase this one after I return it.
