I was wondering if I have

AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series graphics card

And I was thinking of buying : Cpu

AMD RYZEN 3 2200G Quad-Core 3.5 GHz (3.7 GHz Turbo) Socket AM4 65W YD2200C5FBBOX Desktop Processor

Will like this series work with certain graphics cards?

Yeah, I was wondering if cpu's and graphics card have requirements.

Not graphically no, they use different driver sets.
