I have been having lots of stuttering in the last couple of weeks. In game it can be unbearable, every 5-10 seconds it will stutter out and can ruin any online game and even just story games. These stutters can occur doing some tasks aswell every minute or so.

I have tried updating and going back on GPU drivers, windows updates. Defragged HDD, moved programs to the SSD. Cleaned any files out, trying to update all old drivers but can only get free version of driver updater. What else can I look to try for improvement? I have also tried overclocking and it doesn't fix the stutters. There is more I can't think of but basically any suggestion I can imagine so far. Very frustrating as the hardware is pretty solid. Any suggestions would be great!

I'm having the same issues here.  A friend told me it could either be a virus (which sounds weird considering I never turn off protection and I use Avast One which is a pretty solid antivirus) or a problem with the new GPU drivers, he also had the same problem but he has a GTX.
