Consumer Returns Transport Company does not communicate or respond

After many tests on all my components, it was detected that my processor,

an AMD RYZEN 5 5600G, is the one that is causing problems,

I contacted support and they gave me this authorization number RMA# 6000034666,

supposedly in the email they sent me it said that the The shipping company would contact me,

but several days have passed and I have not received any emails or calls from the

supposed company and I also wrote to the email that AMD sent me and they

do not respond either, rma.amd@sircompany.com.br. My RMA only has 30 days

before it expires, I would have to open another case for a new number so

they can check my processor, since the entire system freezes and I cannot work

Googled Sir Company.com and found their website that has a online Chat Feature. Go there and start a Chat and see if they have an order from AMD or not: https://www.sircompany.com/contact

You can change the country to the one you are located at from the upper right corner.

NOTE: if they can't help you possibly one of the Moderator can find out the problem.
