The R7 240 2GB GDDR3 is about as close to that but newer. It works well with Windows 7-10 also. It can be found used for around $25-40 USD or new, not sure on cost there. These cards are still fairly common. I use one in a HP ProDesk G600 becuase it has a low profile design for SSF PC's and requires no extra power, plus it has an HDMI port. Most have VGA, DVI, and HDMI plus audio over HDMI. So it's a nice modern solution for aging PC's.
